Abigale Miller bio
Abigale Lee
Miller (born on the 21st of September, 1965) is a famous American choreographer
who also teaches dance and is a reality television personality. Abby Lee Dance
Company is her own creation that was on for eight seasons of Dance Moms. Miller
confessed on June 27, 2016 to criminal bankruptcy fraud. Miller was sentenced
on June 27 in 2016 to one year, and one day in federal prison. She was released
in March 27th, 2018. In April of 2018 she was diagnosed with lymphoma, which is
a kind of cancer that makes it impossible for her to walk. In order to move
about, she now uses wheelchair. Miller was born in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania.
She was a dancer who learned from her mother at Maryen Lorrain Dance Studio. At
the age of 14 years old, Miller was given the task of for choreographing and
coaching for one of her mother's dance teams. Miller assumed control of the
studio and renamed Reign Dance Productions in 1995. Miller was certified by Dance
Masters of America, and she was a member of Dance Masters of Pennsylvania
Chapter 10 (February 1986). However, DMA terminated her membership in February
2012 due to Miller's reality television show Dance Moms was a "complete
mistaken portrayal of the teachers we have and their students" and was
damaging to the profession.
