Courtney Thorne-Smith (born on the 8th of November 1997) is an American actor from America. Her most well-known role is Alison Parker on Melrose Place and Georgia Thomas on Ally McBeal. She also starred as Cheryl in According to Jim and Lyndsey McElroy in Two and a Half Men. Thorne-Smith was born in San Francisco, California, and grew up in Menlo Park, a suburb south of San Francisco. Walter Smith was her father. Lora Thorne was her mom and a therapy therapist. Courtney was just seven years old when her parents divorced. Courtney lived with both parents for a variety of times. Jennifer is her elder sibling is an advertising executive. In 1985, she graduated from Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley, California. In the high school, she was a member of the Ensemble Theater Company in Mill Valley. Thorne Smith's first appearance in a movie was in the 1986 movie drama Lucas. She was joined by Winona Ryder (Corey Haim), and Charlie Sheen. In the late 1980s she was also seen in a range of films, including Welcome to 18 (1986), Revenge of the Nerds II (Nerds in Paradise) (1987), Summer School (1987) and Side Out(90). In 1998, she appeared as the star of the box-office flop Chairman Of The Board along with Carrot Top. In 2009, she starred in Sorority Wars. Thorne Smith was a fan of Andrew Shue from Melrose Place in the 1990s. In June 2000, the actress married geneticist Andrew Conrad; the couple ended their relationship in January of 2001. Roger Fishman (president of Zizo Group, marketing company) and the author of What I Know was her wedding date. When she was 40, she had her first child on January 11 on the 11th of January, 2008 to Jacob Emerson Fishman.
